The credit quantity, actual tax-inclusive total, payment method, and any applicable sales-period or quantity restriction for each package are shown in My Page and on Stripe’s final payment confirmation. Users bear any internet, mobile-data, card-issuer, or foreign-exchange costs.

When purchasing is available in My Page, payment is a one-time card payment processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew or charge automatically. After the user presses a payment button clearly stating the amount and credit quantity and Stripe confirms payment, credits are issued immediately to the verified Medical Supporter account. Free and purchased credits are recorded and managed separately. Each purchased credit lot is valid for 180 days from its original purchase and issue date. A later purchase, release of reserved credits, or manual restoration does not extend any existing lot’s expiry. Credits may be used only for Medical Supporter to contact medical institutions at the user’s specific request. They cannot be transferred, sold, merged into another account, redeemed for cash, or used for restaurant reservations, other SGH services, or non-medical contacts.

One credit represents one call task to one medical facility selected by the user and is deducted when the execution system accepts that task. Transport retries for the same task do not deduct another credit; selecting another facility uses another credit. If a manual review confirms that the system never accepted or submitted the task, the reserved credit returns to its original lot with its original expiry; an uncertain status remains reserved pending review. Unused purchased credits are generally not refundable for customer-requested cancellation after payment. Exceptions include duplicate charges, credits not issued, inability attributable to us to provide the service within validity, and refunds required by law. Free credits are not refundable in cash.

Buying or using call credits only appoints Medical Supporter to contact medical institutions. It does not guarantee an answer, acceptance of foreign patients, an appointment, clinical acceptance, or any medical result. This page states the principal transaction terms; it does not represent that the service is registered, approved, or certified by a regulator, nor claim complete regulatory compliance. Mandatory consumer protections applicable where the user is located prevail.
