Japan APPI

Medical records, imaging, and identity documents are stored on servers located within Japan, with purpose notices, minimal collection, and security governance per APPI.

PMD Act Compliance

We do not assert therapeutic claims or publish comparative efficacy language in conflict with the PMD Act; personal imports follow MHLW notification procedures.

Cross-border Data (PIPL / 個資法 / GDPR)

We provide consent forms and data-processing agreements aligned with China PIPL, Taiwan PDPA, EU GDPR, and Middle East privacy requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses where needed.
