Phase 1 clinical trial information in Japan for non-small cell lung cancer patients studying AZD9291 (osimertinib), c-MET inhibitors, and MEK inhibitors. Separate Phase 1 clinical trials are evaluating safety of durvalumab, volitinib, and selumentinib combined with osimertinib. AZD9291 (osimertinib)

Volunteer Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age 20 years or older

  2. Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer

  3. Confirmed EGFR gene mutation

  4. Continuous disease progression despite EGFR TKI treatment

  5. At least one measurable lesion

  6. PS 0 or 1

Exclusion Criteria

  1. Prior use of PD-1, PD-L1, AZD6094 or c-MET inhibitors, AZD6244 or MEK, RAS or RAF inhibitors.

  2. Spinal metastasis or spinal cord compression.

  3. Serious systemic disease, inflammation, or other conditions unsuitable for clinical trials.
