Volunteer Eligibility Criteria

Age 20 years or older

Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer
-
Confirmed EGFR gene mutation
-
Continuous disease progression despite EGFR TKI treatment
-
At least one measurable lesion
-
PS 0 or 1
Exclusion Criteria
-
Prior use of PD-1, PD-L1, AZD6094 or c-MET inhibitors, AZD6244 or MEK, RAS or RAF inhibitors.

Spinal metastasis or spinal cord compression.

Serious systemic disease, inflammation, or other conditions unsuitable for clinical trials.
