IL-21-expressing NK cells demonstrate sustained anti-tumor activity against glioblastoma stem cell-like cells (GSCs). Both in vitro and in vivo experiments confirm this effect, bringing new breakthroughs in glioblastoma treatment. These findings suggest that IL-21-modified NK cell therapy may represent a promising immunotherapeutic approach for patients with glioblastoma.
