Dendritic Cells (DC) are the most powerful "intelligence officers" of the immune system, responsible for identifying enemy characteristics and issuing attack orders. Traditional DC therapies often use synthetic peptide fragments, but RISO CLINIC’s New Cell Dendritic Cell Therapy (NEW CELL DC) goes a step further by using the patient’s own tumor tissue as the primary information source.

Core Technologies of NEW CELL DC

  1. Autologous Cell Fusion Culture: Active tumor cells obtained from the patient are physically fused with autologous dendritic cells in vitro. The resulting "New Cells" carry both the complete antigen information of the cancer and the command capabilities of the DC.
  2. Genomic Information Priming: If active tumor tissue is unavailable, DNA & RNA messages from tumor biopsies can be analyzed and paired with the patient's epidermal tissue to create specific antigens for the DC to "learn."

Specimen Requirements

To ensure vaccine precision, patients must provide one of the following:

  • Tissue specimen slides from a hospital (approx. 10 slides).
  • Tumor tissue removed during surgery or biopsy (must be cryopreserved).
  • Ascites or pleural effusion containing cancer cells.

Due to rigorous cultivation and quality control, there is an initial waiting period of 4 to 6 weeks for the first vaccine production.

Medical Institution: RISO CLINIC, Tokyo

RISO CLINIC is located in the historic Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Led by renowned immunology experts, the clinic attracts patients globally with its sophisticated cell fusion technology and premium environment.
