2022年8月8日，Medical University of Vienna的Rupert Bartsch等人在醫學雜誌『nature medicine』上發表了，有腦轉移的HER2陽性乳癌患者使用Enhertu在TUXEDO-1第二期臨床試驗的有效性及安全性結果。

TUXEDO-1第二期臨床試驗是向沒有接受過治療或曾有治療經歷的腦轉移HER2陽性乳癌患者（N＝15人）使用Enhertu（三週為一個治療週期，5.4mg/kg）進行治療，主要評價項目為顱內有效率。

本次15人的患者中有60％的患者在之前的治療中發生疾病進展並出現腦轉移、性別為女性14人及男性1人、年齡中位數為 69 歲（30-76 歲）、ECOG指數為0的有40%、12人有賀爾蒙受體陽性，本次試驗的結果如下。

主要評價項目顱內有效率為73.3％（N＝11/15人），完全有效為13.3％（N＝2人）、部分有效為60％（N＝9人）、疾病穩定為20％（N＝3人），其他評價項目無惡化生存期間中位數為14個月。

根據TUXEDO-1試驗的結果，Rupert Bartsch等人表示：腦轉移的HER2陽性乳癌患者使用Enhertu，反應出較高的顱內有效率。
