Reflecting on our recent milestones, we are proud to share our progress:

Formerly Certified Medical Visa Guarantor (B-066): Medical Supporter was formerly certified by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a medical visa guarantor (B-066). In the past, this allowed us to assist patients who needed specialized medical visas. Today we no longer issue visa guarantee letters ourselves. At that time, several research-oriented university hospitals in Japan asked patients to go through a certified guarantor.

Expert Medical Consultancy (2018, historical record): In 2018, Mr. Ikeda, who then held a medical consultant license, joined our team as a Medical Consultant. At that time, for overseas biotechnology companies seeking to enter the Japanese market or understand local medical dynamics, we offered specialized market research and regulatory consulting. (Note: This is a 2018 historical record; that license and service are no longer in effect.)

Medical Technology Transfer: Japanese medical technology is well known, particularly in advanced specialties. Medical Supporter is dedicated to bridging the gap between Japanese medical institutions and overseas biotech firms, facilitating the transfer of these medical technologies to benefit more patients globally.

Fee-Charging Employment Placement Service (2018, historical record): To foster international talent exchange, in 2018 we obtained a license from Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for fee-charging employment placement services, which at that time allowed us to facilitate the exchange of medical and technical professionals between Japan and international markets. (Note: This is a 2018 historical record; that license is no longer valid.)

Establishment of Tokyo Office: While Medical Supporter was founded in Fukuoka, we recognized the high demand for medical services in Tokyo. To provide immediate, local support, we have established our Tokyo Office. Our resident staff ensures that patients visiting Tokyo have a seamless and stress-free medical experience.
