Neoantigens are specific protein markers found exclusively on the surface of cancer cells—and they are unique to every individual patient.
- NGS Genomic Mapping: Using Next-Generation Sequencing, the clinic scans over 20,000 genes to identify specific mutations.
- AI-Driven Selection: AI models are used to analyze detected mutations and select candidate "neoantigens" that may induce a T-cell response.
- Custom Vaccine Synthesis: A personalized vaccine is prepared from the selected antigens, with the aim of helping immune cells recognize cancer cells (based on research literature, for reference only; efficacy has not been established in Japan).
