As another year passes, we look forward to 2018 with a commitment to providing even more resources and higher quality services to our clients.

Reflecting on our recent milestones, we are proud to share our progress:

  1. Formerly Formerly Certified Medical Visa Guarantor (B-066): Medical Supporter was formerly officially certified by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a medical visa guarantor, registered under B-066. We are the first Taiwan-based enterprise to obtain this prestigious certification. This enables us to facilitate long-term treatment stays in Japan and assist patients who require specialized medical visas. Furthermore, several elite research-oriented university hospitals in Japan require patients to go through a certified guarantor for coordination.

  2. Expert Medical Consultancy: We are pleased to announce that Mr. Ikeda has joined our team as a Medical Consultant. For overseas biotechnology companies seeking to enter the Japanese market or understand local medical dynamics, we now offer specialized market research and regulatory consulting to help navigate the complex Japanese healthcare landscape.

  3. Medical Technology Transfer: Japanese medical technology is world-renowned, particularly in advanced specialties. Medical Supporter is dedicated to bridging the gap between Japanese medical institutions and overseas biotech firms, facilitating the transfer of these life-saving technologies to benefit more patients globally.

  4. Fee-Charging Employment Placement Service: To foster international talent exchange, we have obtained a license from Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for fee-charging employment placement services. This allows us to facilitate the exchange of high-level medical and technical professionals between Japan and international markets.

  5. Establishment of Tokyo Office: While Medical Supporter was founded in Fukuoka, we recognized the high demand for medical services in Tokyo. To provide immediate, local support, we have established our Tokyo Office. Our resident staff ensures that patients visiting Tokyo have a seamless and stress-free medical experience.

We wish everyone a prosperous, healthy, and happy 2018!
