(Lung Cancer) Brigatinib Drug Information

At the World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) held in the United States from September 6–9, Dr. Scott N. Gettinger of Yale University presented promising data on brigatinib, an ALK inhibitor for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Of 70 evaluable patients, 50 demonstrated tumor reduction, including 4 with complete tumor resolution.
