Keytruda (pembrolizumab) is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 on T cells and its ligands PD-L1/PD-L2 on tumor cells, thereby restoring anti-tumor immune responses. It is one of the most broadly approved cancer immunotherapy agents, with indications spanning non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma, gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, cervical cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer (MSI-H/dMMR), urothelial carcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and more.
