A while back, I started relearning how to build apps, and after putting together a simple one, I thought: why not use LINE — which everyone already uses — to make this more efficient? That would free up time to search for more information to share with everyone. So I went ahead and built the Medical Supporter official LINE account. It currently features automated responses covering immunotherapy and conventional immune cell therapy in Japan, and publishes the latest overseas medical news from time to time.

For usage instructions, please refer to the images. After adding our official account as a friend, enter keywords such as: "immunotherapy," "immunotherapy costs," "application process," "fusion cells," "polypeptides," etc. — the system will respond immediately with answers and relevant information. The content is still being expanded, and we are continuously building out the Q&A database. We hope to reduce the time you spend searching for information, so you can seize the best treatment opportunities as quickly as possible!

Medical Supporter started out by assisting with clinical trial applications — an area few others were handling — and has since expanded beyond standard immunotherapy coordination to include:

1. Regularly tracking and publishing the latest overseas medical and pharmaceutical updates, providing free translations of complex medical literature.

2. Continuously signing cooperation agreements with Japanese medical institutions to protect patients' rights when receiving treatment in Japan.

3. Sharing work experiences and building the "891 Project" (Help-to-Treatment Plan) — creating emergency assistance resources for urgent medical situations. http://goo.gl/iF4IYk

4. Using various SNS tools (Google, Dropbox, LINE, etc.) to accelerate information exchange and provide the fastest possible responses to patients.

5. Partnering with Taiwanese biotech companies and medical institutions to build a Taiwan-Japan medical exchange and cooperation platform.
