(Prostate Cancer) WT1 Cancer Vaccine Clinical Trial

In immune cell therapy clinics, the term "WT1" frequently appears. What exactly is WT1? It is one of the genes responsible for causing Wilms' tumor (a kidney tumor), and WT1-generated mRNA (WT1 mRNA) has also been detected in acute myeloid leukemia and solid cancers. Clinical Trial Name: WT1-WT10 peptide vaccine combined with detoxified Bordetella pertussis cell components — Phase I/II clinical trial (W10TR-PRO1)

Regimen: WT1-W10 peptide 3.0 mg/300 μl + detoxified Bordetella pertussis 5×10⁸ cells/100 μl, administered once weekly. Target enrollment: 69 patients.

Eligibility criteria:

• Patients with PSA-confirmed prostate cancer relapse (further stratified by prior chemotherapy history)
• HLA type must be one of: HLA-A*24:02, A*02:01, or A*02:07
• Cr ≤ 3.0 mg/dL, BUN ≤ 25 mg/dL
• AST (GOT) ≤ 105 U/L, ALT (GPT) ≤ 120 U/L
• Neutrophils ≥ 1,500/mm³, platelets ≥ 75,000/mm³, Hb ≥ 8.0 g/dL
