The RESOLVE/PCYC-1137 Phase III trial evaluated the combination of Ibrutinib (Imbruvica) + Gemcitabine + nab-Paclitaxel in patients with previously untreated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Primary evaluation metrics were progression-free survival and overall survival, with secondary metrics including objective response rate and safety. The trial assessed whether adding Ibrutinib to standard gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel chemotherapy could improve outcomes in this difficult-to-treat cancer.
