Wishing everyone a peaceful and prosperous New Year. As another year quickly passes, we reflect on both the highs and lows. Regardless of what the future holds, it's important to face it with positivity. Thank you for your continued support and guidance for Medical Supporter. Since our inception in October 2014 as a one-person operation, we have gradually expanded our team and established a local corporation in Japan. This allows us to provide more comprehensive assistance and security, alleviating the burdens and anxieties of our customers seeking medical treatment abroad. Looking back at 2015, we introduced several new services:

1. Launched the Facebook page "medicalsupporter," updated daily with international medical news to reach more people with vital information.
2. Provided emergency support and medical evacuation contact services, ensuring immediate assistance even abroad.
3. Established a service hotline in Taiwan: 090-5563-717.
4. Established an emergency hotline in Japan: +81-80-4276-3930.
5. Offered free Wi-Fi for patients during translation-accompanied medical visits.
6. Provided free information on clinical trials at various university hospitals in Japan on our website.
7. Provided free information on private medical institutions across Japan offering immunotherapy on our website.

In addition to these services, Medical Supporter remains deeply connected to Taiwan. We have actively promoted various Taiwanese cultural activities. For instance, this year we co-organized the "Say Taiwan" project (inviting visitors from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, and the UK to write about their sightseeing experiences in Taiwan to promote international visibility and local tourism). We also co-organized the Kaohsiung Film Festival in Japan (screening works by emerging Taiwanese directors in Fukuoka, Nagoya, Aichi, and Tokyo, providing Japanese subtitles, event venues, and director accommodations). We have also sponsored events for Taiwanese students studying in Japan. All of this has been possible thanks to your support.

In 2016, we will continue to improve and provide more comprehensive services to reduce customer anxiety and provide first-hand feedback and information. We are committed to protecting the rights of our hardworking partners and complying with Japanese labor laws to ensure a healthy working environment for everyone.
