Happy New Year 2017 from Medical Supporter!

As another year comes to a close, coinciding with the Japanese New Year holidays, we have adjusted our schedule while remaining on standby to assist our clients currently receiving treatment in Japan. On January 4th, the Medical Supporter team returns with renewed energy. We wish everyone a healthy, prosperous, and joyful new year.

Looking back at 2016, we have successfully implemented several key initiatives:

• Cloud-Based Medical Services: Transitioned from paper forms to a paperless cloud service, allowing patients to upload records and medical imaging directly, eliminating the need for physical shipments and enabling easy tracking.
• LINE@ Official Account: Launched an anonymous consultation system and a regular newsletter featuring the latest global cancer research and pharmaceutical updates, with an automated response system for after-hours inquiries.
• Strategic Partnerships: Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with biotechnology companies in Taiwan to facilitate the exchange of advanced medical technologies between Japan and Taiwan.
• Immunotherapy Seminars: Hosted seminars in Taiwan to share insights on Japanese immunotherapy regulations, clinical information, and service experiences.
• Expanded Network: Increased our network of partner medical institutions in Japan to provide more diverse treatment options.
• Medical Visa Services: Provided specialized assistance for Japanese medical visa applications.
• Local Expertise: Obtained certified guide status in specific Japanese regions to enhance local support for patients.

In 2016, beyond assisting with clinical trials and immunotherapy in general medical institutions, we traveled across Japan to support patients with consultations and surgeries. In 2017, our goal is to further elevate these services by leveraging advanced technology to provide an even more seamless and stress-free overseas medical journey.
